Who we are

Groundit is a service operated by Dreamcode ("we", "us"), based in Poland. For privacy questions, contact bartoszpolnik@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your email address and anything you include when you purchase or get in touch.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Repository access — to deliver the service you grant us temporary, read-only access to your codebase. We treat its contents as confidential.

How your code is processed

The scan analyses your code to produce your AI-context files. As part of this, code and derived context are processed using third-party AI models, including Anthropic's Claude API. Your code is sent to that sub-processor only to perform the scan. We do not use your code to train any model, and we do not sell or share it.

Sub-processors

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — website hosting.
• Anthropic — AI processing of code during the scan.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic. It is cookieless, collects no personal data, and does not track you across sites - so no cookie banner is required.

Retention

We keep working copies of your code only for as long as needed to deliver the engagement. Access is revoked and working copies are deleted on delivery. We retain order and contact records as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email bartoszpolnik@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
