The service
Groundit is a done-for-you service: we perform a deep scan of your codebase and deliver
AI-context files (such as CLAUDE.md and a per-package memory tree) plus a
short report, typically within a few business days. Deliverables are provided for your
review; you decide what to adopt.
Ordering and payment
Pricing is by codebase size (lines of code) as shown on the site. Payment is handled by Stripe and is due before work begins. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
Your responsibilities
You provide temporary read-only access to the repository to be scanned, and you confirm you have the right to share that code with us for this purpose.
Confidentiality
We treat your code and any non-public information as confidential and use it solely to deliver your engagement. We are happy to sign your NDA. See our Privacy Policy for how data (including processing via third-party AI) is handled.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your code. The deliverables we produce for you are yours to use, modify, and keep. We claim no ownership of your code or the deliverables and retain no copies of your code after delivery.
Refund
If the delivered package isn't materially better than what your own tools produce, you get a full refund. If you can't see the difference, you don't pay. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Warranty and liability
Deliverables are provided on an "as is" basis. The output is AI-assisted and should be reviewed before you rely on it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
